On who will be coldest by morning ?
This morning was an area Wilkie to Macklin to Rosetown
I would say it shifts east - Spiritwood to Blane Lake area .
Regardless it going to be very cold in some areas , I won't be surprised to see a -6 or -7 somewhere.

Satellite shows most of the province covered in cloud. It's 4:24 A.M. and minus 2 in Regina, so I think we'll sneak by this one.
