They better get going at it before all the full and half bloods spend it all. Well driller is in Reserve right now, digging new well for water plant. Pump gave out in main well, so Band decided it needed a new pump AND well. Never mind there are two brand new wells beside the water plant that have never been used and produce excellent water (he pumped them). So he's at 400' and basically nothing but a dry hole. Stipulation is it has to be close to plant because they don't want to do any major trenching of lines - that involves work. So he keeps digging dry holes, money going out the door for no results and the Band keeps telling the Feds they don't have any water, so they need more money. Sounds like Liberal days are here again.

Everyone is the countryside is going to be trying to find the old squaw that great-great-great-grandad knocked up in their family line so they can claim 1/64 or 1/128 blood, never mind 1/16.
