    Sale was average for the big stuff I would say , 2010 485 Case - 180,000
    The ole '95 Western Star brought good money.

              If you "Google Earthed" that stuff it is evident there can be water problems. One quater was probably 75% lost to water. So those prices are paid all in the hope that the politically correct "conservation and development" project, aka DRAINAGE, will go ahead. My goodness, there's better land around than that.... just the mention of "Regina Clay" can make people do weird things. Ours is far from that quality but the water issue is real on that stuff but the advent of high input direct seeding sure narrowed the quality gap between us.

              Goggle earth kinda revealed a bit of a perennial water problem if you slid the button on the imagery date slide.

              I'm having enough trouble wrapping my head around the values paid around here let alone 400plusK....
