WACBH is a elevator in west Australia with say 85% of capacity.
Also a grain marketer in the own right.
Grain corp was similar in NSW east coast same story grain handling facilities marketer but maybe 50% domestic 50% export wereas wacbh is almost 100% export huge difference in business model.

WACBH tried and failed to buy a share of graincorp I think 30% plus of grain corp is now owned by ADM whos full takeover got blocked by our govt not in national interest persay.
