Lines Being Drawn in the Sand

Middle East heating up and what do you know oil and gold rallying while rest of markets tank bad. Cup of stagflation soup anyone?

Beautiful sunny weather here in Sask...let them play in the sand.

Oil is in abundance, just jiggle the ground a bit and out she comes.

Religion and oil, just like throwing gas on a fire... with the creation of ISIS as the focal point and now your right - the lines are being drawn in the sand. For now the big boys are watching Saudi/Iran from the sidelines, if it blows up the U.S. and Russia may have to pick sides just like with Assad in Syria. Almost like a game of chess being played out.
We think we have trouble here, but we are lucky to be here and not there - for now.
I still believe oil will be $50 before long and not go to $20 - they will make sure. The Saudi's and UAE love their lavish life styles too much now.
China, the U.S. and most of Europe like low $ oil. Russia, Syria and Iran need high $ oil. So the game is on to balance it out between $100 and $20 oil.
Canada does what it is told for the most part.

Google "Saudi - Iranian spat" by Pepe Esobar. Sums it up well.
