C'mon wiseguy, do a little research. Sask. has high gov. debt.? Second lowest per person debt. in the country! 5.5 B. prov. debt.=approx. $5,000./person. Only AB. is lower at $4,000./person ( debt.) Ontario prov. debt./person is $21000. Quit your whining about how awful SK. is !! unbelievable!! Get your whining asses over to MB. and pay some taxes here!! $35 billion prov. debt.= $28,000./ person. Haha, ok i'll play along! Yes the red river valley floods in the spring on occasion ( i guess a person should expect that if you settle in an old lake bed eh? ) And yes it's cold too ( Wpg. is one of the coldest major cities in the world ) When my grandparents and others immigrated here, they must've come in the summertime. I learned something today. I didnt know Winnipeg was a major city.
