    Million Tonnes

Amount of extra cooking oil India needs each year to feed a growing population. That is just staggering.

What they need is BIRTH CONTROL, not cooking oil. The whole earth soon won't be big enough for human beings despite what the Popes all say.

We'll think out growing that vegie oil, if you "JUST SHOW US THE MONEY!!!"

We're not even close to where we should be on farmgate canola price, considering a CAD under 74 cents!

We're getting a raping, why would we try to grow more?

That's the way the market works horse. If 3/4rds of all the acres in Canada were going to be planted to canola to try and fill that big hole of demand, those that want us to plant flax, barley, wheats, pulses, corn, etc, would have to raise their prices in order to change our minds to grow the other various crops they want supply for.

They will come out with a New High Tec variety that will be great, and yield way more than the current ones..and the price at the farm gate will stay the same..

July had its highest close since harvest. Don't know what you're bitching about.
