Bill 6... is Premier Notley's FAVORITE Legislation!!!

Does Ezra have a point? Bill 6 is a real mess... there is little question... It really has little if any likelihood of making Alberta Farms safer... Exemptions everywhere... causing nothing but disruption and actual restructuring to avoid OHS...

We will get better coverage from private insurance... EVEN if it costs twice what WCB costs... before our farm goes under the knife!

Here is Premier Notley... full of exuberance... after her Paris Accord on 'Climate Change...

My finger nail just fell off from a harvest accident. If only she would have been premier of Saskatchewan in September that would have never happened.

"They" apparently seem to think its a huge victory. They were cheering like she just won another election. Or.....

It was like an "Emancipation Proclamation of Alberta". All the slaves of Ranches and Farms are free or have "rights".

      Give me a break....

        farmaholic,

This will likely cause a structural change... the NDP will count as a victory... many 'new' farms will be created... a shift away from employee's to shareholders and partnership joint ventures... managing farms in Alberta.

Interesting times... since we have leaned towards this model on our farm in the past... not hard to do... this is a state of mind... working with the tools in our farm management risk mitigation tool box... to best meet the needs of our many farm families we work with!

          Glad she isn't in Saskatchewan.

What a stunned fool.......I have a feeling she won't be laughing when the NDP is sent packing next election.

Rob Breakenridge played the audio of her speech this morning on the QR77 morning show. My personal first impression was that she thought the farmers reaction to bill 6 was amusing and then she arrogantly went on about how proud she was of the legislation. I am not surprised by everyone's responses pretty well split on ideological slant. Those of us in centre to center right are offended and those leaning to the left who believe in big government support her. The fact is she is another Alison Redford just in an orange dress :-)

Sorry, SASK, that award already went to the CONs....can you imagine, ...having the cheapest power going to one of the most expensive...the mismanagement of resources so mining didn't equal product transportation, the dollars that left this province....all the wealth that was generated and yet left a legacy of over 12 billion in debt.(And Prentice was going to add 5-7 bil)
If the "bad guys" double that debt at $35 oil, can you imagine the outcry....
