So anti-collusion /monopsyny laws are gone, and it all becomes legal with unseen contributions?
Well, someone (don't remember) recently posted that democracies only last about 200 years, then back to serfdom.

            Are they 1 or 3?

Merge than split into three companies.

Farmaholic, these are very good chemical companies selling very good products that fit well in agricultural best management practices.
By merging, and streamlining the operations they should be in a stronger competitive position to offer said chemical products at a better value for farmers across the globe.

Yawn.....Ooooh the movie Groundhog Day is on! This movie is strangely fascinating.

I never took the time to look at all the products each produce but rememeber seeing each companies logo on things in addition to Ag chemicals. That's probably why they're splitting into three different divisions after the merger. We might all be supporting each more than we know....
