To update records, financials, wills and all important matters. If we keep records as if we may die tomorrow, our loved ones may have an easy time settling an estate. Personal planners organize your life, but the best personal planner is you. Keep a running log of everything you pay and deposit, all bank accounts, all loans, all insurance and keep it all in one place so you can glance at it whenever you feel overwhelmed. I would be interested to hear how everyone keeps matters organized.

They have yearly updates, bugs are gone, very adaptable to your operation. Yes, work with/consult the wife so both understand all aspects, just in case you are no longer around.
Still need a file cabinet and "shoe boxes" to keep OLD receipts till hell freezes,
