    Not sure if confirmed yet but looks like Putin is hanging a licking on the 'Turkmen ' for shooting that plane down and shooting the parachuting pilot along the Syrian / Turkish border.

          The problem here is Puttin is backing Sadan and the States are backing the rebels fighting Sadan. This whole situation is heading South in a hurry.
