    Crop Report

Saw a bullish canola report from Ag Canada with a huge drop in canola carryout to 1.1m tonnes from 1.7. Prices $495 to $525. Hoping they're smoking the right stuff.

A lot of canola has been sold and shipped the past two months, way more than most thought imo.

Is that why it keeps going down?

        Lol, Tweety.

        That was my thought too.

Canola yields surprised in some areas but it was more that they weren't horrific rather than they were fantastic. Going to be a smaller amount available than many folks think IMHO.

        Release the Bulls!!

Basis around here is telling us no shortage for what's on the books so far. We need a big one time buyer to pull the trigger and get this shit moving again or I think we will have dead futures and a big basis for forseable crop year.

Canlowa is Like The Beans of The Nort, Guys Move it to Sell at Tiny Profit, Pay Some Bills, Then Sit on The Bin Gobblers Corn/Wheat To Move at a Later Date With Hopefully Making a Little Money, But Most likely Lose to Breakeven at BEST!!!!!!!
