    Week 12 Canola deliveries

Are outpacing wheat deliveries for the crop year so far.Not sure if that has ever happened before??
    Go Canola!!
On track for an 8 MMT domestic use. Export pace is unsustainable for the whole year. Over 7 percent higher than last year so far.

Don't kid yourself... with a 15mmt Canola 2015 crop... and 3mmt carry over Aug1 2015... minus 20 July 2016 basis... already at crushers... they are booked till next fall!

Lots of seed to fill markets!

Exports 7.36 percent more than last year would equal 9.553 MMT. Add in 8 MMT domestic and you get 17.553.
Using 18 MMT total supply won't work. Pipeline would be empty.

They are all booked till next fall? Tom that's ridiculous. They have to haul from their own elevators to keep the crushers going.

I agree. Some local elevators are near empty.

Beautiful weather and elevators should be stuffed. Easy hauling.

There is a shit storm coming.

Then add in guys trucking from humbolt to altona.

The transportation file in this country should come before legalizing marijuana.

and I thought we already established , there was very little carryover ? that was new crop canola combined real early being counted twice , as carryover and new crop

I hauled to nipawin a while back. When the truck got there 2nd 2nd in line to unload in the am they had a total of 82mt canola in the whole plant.

                  44 just got delivered.

Altona is so short it ain't funny

                  Ldm yorkton same deal.

We have a huge domestic crush industry and huge exports this year. Crop will be gone faster than ever.

Carry over from '14 was no where near 3 mmt
Some big guys are dumping every bus at $10.50 ish here, they made money and are cashing in with surprising yields. Only the stubborn will be left into next spring waiting for $12. Trading range will be stuck between 10 and $10.50, so like said here before why wait for $.25 till March , the weather is good and money is even now. Sucks hauling canola for the same $ in February / March. Plus the buyers are shipping hard

sounds like the WP report urging us to SELL,SELL,SELL ,! Tom , see if they'll let you contribute to their propaganda market report , lol. fwiw , when they have too much canola , you have to book a month or two in advance . that's not happening , should be a clue . can haul any day you want to most places . we hear enough of this bull shit when there is a glut . there is no carry over and no glut . those that are saying there is are rapidly losing their credibility

Altona was taking new signup last week, they arent book. Most farmers here wont sell for less than 11.00
