                      Ralph Goodale has never, will never be good at anything. He was a complete failure in any cabinet post he ever held. There was more dissention in the Ag industry under Ralph than at any other time. The railroads trampled him. He commissioned study after study, only to throw them aside when the results didn't mirror his plans.
