Just east of Fort Qu'appelle, oh Carumba, radar has been purple there for long time. And east of Swift Current. Must be soaking her down in those areas. This is not a general rain either, just like the year.

We lucked out till 7m as it seemed to be all around us. Radar showed a circle with no color then it hit. Ah farming in the mud zone. It is fun to strait cut like the guys with rice just push the hydro forward and hit the dif lock and hope you make it through. But its early October you always get some shitty weather. Dryer is ready and when we can go again its just Canola and the soy and two oats that weren't ready. Canola swath will rot more and be real nice to harvest.

With canola in the swath, there is a point of diminishing benefits. With lots of rain, you'll also be getting growth underneath.

.15 inches at 8:00 am north east of Regina. Looks like we were just on the west edge of the heavy stuff.

Not used to hearing people want rain in early October, I guess farming in northeast Sask is quite different than the south.

O-88, I'm being selfish, not everyone is done here either but I need something in the soil moisture bank for next year, withdrawal was to large this year!! Got to take it when it comes.
