Viterra pays up to $1.00/bus for non GMO canola, Clearfield that is. In MB they crush it at St. Agathe.

If you search the agriville marketing forums, there was a person from Alberta who crushes nonnGMO canola, I can't recall the name right now but they have posted on here.

              Sum,
Hi - PV Oil Mills is a farmer-owned company that is producing cold-pressed canola oil. We will have our HACCP certification in about 2 months, at which time we will be able to supply food-grade cold pressed canola oil.
Our plant uses the very best in cold pressing equipment - German-made KEK presses that can crush 12 tonnes per day each. Our plant has three now, but there is room for rapid expansion within the plant.
Our plant is 1/2 hour from Red Deer, AB, near Clive.

They don't pay a premium but they have a 0 basis for Non GMO Canola.

I have heard Vertex are having trouble getting into production. Are they taking canola yet?
