    Soil sampling

Where can I send Soil samples to get an accurate analysis done.

Does anyone do large scale sampling (eg 16 samples per quarter) themselves?

ALS laboratories. Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton.
That's where our soil samples went last year.

we used to do our own sampling but now generally hire it out. most local fert plants have someone to do this. we now use Decisive who use ALS I believe. On the vari rate field with 5 zones they are doing 60 samples per field.

Ive used ALS in past results were hard to interpret between different test holes. Without variable rate fert do you guys see much point?
