Been misting here, just damp enough to have to quit. Forecast looks like
      crap. So much for dust!

If we would get today we are at 2/3 done before the rainy season. Last night I went till I almost put the drill in a slough because I just couldn't turn the drill pushed me to the waters edge before I gripped and turned. Decided it was time to quit.

I've only been stuck once so far this spring, had to see how to get the new towbetween rig out of the mud. We got our first rain of the season, 1/2 inch I'm guessing. The seeder is caught up to the sprayer so we need some calmer weather before we roll again. Just barley left.

Just over 70mm here or 2.75 inches. We needed
it here SE of Calgary in the Indus/Strathmore
area. Glad it eased up last night. Was starting to
reform sloughs and reaching a saturation point.
Crops just drinking it up now.

This was very, very, very much needed here. Drought like conditions up until this started.

Very, very, very welcomed!! I know you guys hate mud, We hate dust.

Planted all day yesterday in that relentless wind.
A sprinkling last night. Spittering here now.
#LazyBitch still in my nightgown, altho I did pull a
coat overtop to go outside for 15 minutes. No
walk. No biking. Hot shower pre UFC in an hour,
starting with preliminaries. Marguerta mixed and
                    in freezer compartment. #ParsleyHeaven )
