    warming up!!!

On the 27th of April. lol

Next 7 days, taking us to the 26th, the warmest high is plus 3, the coldest high is
-4, and the average is about -1.

Whereas I once was fine and not too concerned, this is a mite ridiculous already.
This has got to be a record for April, no? The thing is, we can't do a dang thing
about it. Glad I topped up unseeded option, but still, having lived through it, I
know how fast that money disappears, and I do not want to go there again. Neighbor
pulled into his yard with almost 1 million dollars worth of new machinery in the
last week. Maybe he knows something I am missing?

One thing is sure, a non seeding year would surely dampen the enthusiasm and the
false land prices that have been going on, or will it? Lower rents? Instill fear
    and reality again?

Who knows? all I know is I HATE global warming. And I am glad I have not bought
anything using someone elses money for 4 years. Or assumed 400 dollar gross
returns, and based my ten year goals on that, like so many seem to have.

What a spring. WHAT A SPRING!!!!!

I am guessing the only thing your neighbour knows that you don't
is the toll free number for John Deere Finance.

      It's April 20th, relax, enjoy.
It snowed here last night, it is definitely a bizarre
spring. Nothing to do about it, there will be snow
      until its gone.
This is good for sales of used sprayers and air
      drills.

We went out to Fort QuAppelle today. It is
surprising how much snow has gone. Either it
soaked in or freeze dried. Hopefully the forecast
is wrong and the jet stream will change. Good
            luck everyone, lets hope!
