Did any of the marketing experts call the grain price drop?

    Just wondering.

We sold some grain before, just had a bad feeling.

I did not see too many experts ringing the alarm ahead of the report.

Errol had been calling for grain price corrections
      since around December.

Most AV'ers spent their time kicking him in the
      coins .

I rember Errol a few weeks back, you all mocked
the marketers, they were trying to manipulate
          you. Market cycles repeat.

They all did, the day after it happened.
Contracted 50% of my 2013 crop in the 2 weeks
leading up to it, who knows if it'll be the right thing
come fall but by my usual philosophy, if it's the worst
sale I make I can live with it and if it isn't I'll be glad I
                did it.

you haven't lost money until you sell. If its dry in the US this summer the bin bottoms will make serious cash.

Corn could be $4 or $10, depends on weather, which is not so great at the moment.
A year ago all we heard was early planting of record acres = record bushels, lower prices.
We will know in 6 months.
