    S-L-O-W melt ??

Well looks like 7-10 days of -2 to 3 temps here. Some bare patch's in pea stb and a few hill tops. This may not be a bad thing for now. Gona take a while though for those 15 ft glaciers to melt at this rate though..

I was not too concerned before, but this
is getting to be of a bit of concern, to
have no melting whatsoever by the 8th of
    April, is getting kinda worrisome...

Our warmest day this next 7 is for plus
    one on wednesday.

southern Alberta forecast between 17 to 20 degrees C tomorrow . . . bring on spring!

March moisture was a little below average . . . about 20 mm of snow in early March. If anything, we could use a nice spring rain.

Keep the rain or we are dead in the mud.

About 1% of the fields are now showing the tops of cereal stubble. Pea/Lentil stubble bare spots are where the deer have finally been able to dig to the ground. We need spring soon. I think our area will be luckier than the Regina heavy clay areas.
