    Big Resignation today. SHOCKED!

WOW!!!! Stephen Harper is packing it in. I
was shocked to read this last night. It
seems he was under a lot of pressure
lately, and being human, he finally
snapped, and is resigning effective June
    1, 2013.

Good try! Maybe wishful thinking? I heard Justin
          is taking his place.

It is a sad state of affairs, but I honestly don't think it would make any difference. The powers that are in control will remain in thebackground but fully in control. The prime minister appears to be just a henchman for their agendas.

Carebear- who would you rather have as a prime
minister an economist or a drama teacher? I'm
sure Trudeau would be quite a step down from
Harper. (Mulcair might even be worse than
                Trudeau for western Canada.)

Hard to tell who is in power here. Maybe the
                  indian chiefs.

If Mr. Harper the wise and wonderful is really in control, then I am starting to have less and less respect for him as an individual ever day. One example open your bank statement up and look at all the insane bank charges. If the government is really in control they must be in support of the banks acting like gangsters on a daily basis, enough is enough charging to send you a statement for your acccount has got to be classed as criminal. Or how about the operation of the great and wonderfull government institution of statistics canada who manages to harass honest taxpayers on a daily basis just to justify their redunant existence. Just a couple of examples I could go on all day, just over what started off as an april fool's day giggle. I am not imp;ressed.
