I envy you guys in the heavy clay EXCEPT on a year like this. Lots of snow, slow melt....mid may at the earliest, fast melt, early may but seeding 50% of your acres because of water everywhere. We met a business man in Frankfurt who told us
he noved his family to Uraquay, bought a nice
home in a gated community, with gardener, maid
for $140,000 US. Kids go to private British
school. This guy saved up $700,000 working in
S.Africa, figures thet will last him all his life. He
says the country is a great place to raise his
family and he still works in Europe, out of
Frankfurt. Uraquay has a great climate-seaside.
He says its the perfect place to retire. Rentals
are really reasonable too.
We sort of shelved the US after I went to an
investment seminar and was told that a house in
Vegas can tie up an estate for up to 6 years, who
needs that? Gotta look deeper before buying
anywhere but good old Canarctic.

Have not heard much about uragway or equador .

Heard chile is nice.

I would hate to buy and get tied down to one spot
then find another better one,guess you could always
resell.
