    Vacationing in Argentina

Flying to Argentina today. Just in the
    north. Mendoza. Cordoba. Salta. Iquazu
Falls. Buenos Aires. Home. From what I
know, not in major crop areas but will
let you know what I see.

Your doing a holiday I would love to do, i know its
not a farm tour but once your in a country you
kind of get a feel. Wife isn't convinced a farm tour
of Argentina and brazil is her tour.

That's a beautiful part of the world
with cheap beer and tasty bbq. You'll be
north and west of most of the grain crop
but be sure to enjoy the wine.

Bring US cash, official exchange rate about 5
peso to a US dollar, black market About 8 to 1.
In February I was in and around Salta for a couple
weeks, you'll have a great time and lots to see.

Had a great time at a gaucho rodeo in
Medoza. Argentina has been great. Far
down in the postings/no one cares but a
great place to visit. Haven't seen much
                my more than g****s/vineyards. Having
                fun.

Really can only comment on tourists.
                    They consume cervaza. Having said
                    literally dozens of wineries within
walking distance of where we are and all
produce great wine. Even a beer guy can
drink this wine. Great place to visit.

Perhaps I can comment the gauchos drink
beer straight out of 1 litres bottles
versus tourists who drink out of cups.
                      Very fun day.

Oooooooooh, charliep, text me if you need help.
At least it's not like Copehagen where they
bring in the beer in great big water-tanks with
                        hoses. LOL Have fun .
