Won't participate myself but will suggest that you have to put a expiry date on the forecast (end of March or whatever). Like the "Price Is Right" TV game show, your price has to be under the highest price. Like in the grain pricing order, putting a price of $15/bu (not a guess by the way) and having the market go to $14.95/bu means you failed/doesn't count.
