Ritter Admits Buyback Not There!

In this week's Manitoba Co-operator, Chairman Ritter has finally admitted what farmers have known for a long time.....That the buyback isn't mandated by Parliament.

If the current Board of Directors know this, then why the hell are they telling farmers that the buyback is described in (14)b? When poor old Chatenay asked them this in a letter, they wouldn't give him an answer.

Did Ritter just sign his court confession?
