Maybe I heard it on here or maybe the local old timers say this, but "September's for worryin' and october's for harvestin' "

Sept is a wet month. October is a heavy Harvey month.

I thought Canada's immigration policy only accepted people who could pass a sort of means test. I would suspect that wouldn't be the case when it comes to all "refugees" or circumstances.
I thought if someone just wanted to emigrate here they had to have money. Or was a skilled tradesperson allowed without a suitcase full of cash?

Jewish holidays start Sept 15. They are called green holidays for a reason.

In 2009, NOBODY turned a wheel all of October, Nov was the harvesting month. Good Luck with pissy Sept, no stretch of dry forecast anywhere.

I think the past 6 years here Sept was like a pair of false teeth - not really , well , real. Gave a lot of false hope to some who think they can farm the world over. Good luck the next 30 days, it will be a pick and choose until the next moon phase - sorry grrr. but sometimes hanging a moon can be agrivating ....
