Conservative campaign last two elections were very successful making opposition look very bad. This time their ads have back fired.Long election to break opposition was not a good idea either as social media is free and are having a hay day with him.And what do you expect from reporters digging them after a Conservative broke and called one a lying piece of sh##.This election may be the first one Harpers very inner circle tried to manage instead of the whole conservative party and it has been a disaster for them.

I said in another thread the conservatives ads on trudeau make corporate canada look bad.

So much so that Macdonalds took out ads embracing youth.

      Something to think about.

Sure trudeau not ready but it was a bad ad. And they are still with it.

Harper only takes five questions from the media per public announcement or public engagement. They are not allowed any follow up question, but are forced to listen to his scripted answers.

Harper shouldn't have called the election so early as it hasn't even hit the half point and he looks like a tried, over weight, old worn out man.

The Duffy questions keep coming up from the media and Harper continues to answer them with lies, stating he knew nothing about the $90,000.00 Nigel Wright cheque.

Harper must really think Canadians are not smart enough to figure out that it's obvious he knew exactly what was going on with the Duffy cheque.

Too bad the personal attacks and slamming wasn't put to rest and the campaign run solely on the parties platform.

Maybe because they don't have one?

          American style politics.

Attack the people not the policy.

I agree farmaholic. The personal attacks get old fast.

Just be ready to pay a lot more taxes for a lot less services.

The NDP will ruin the best country in the world.

I think harper thought if he went into the middle east the Saudis would smarten up and put the price of oil back up.

Now all he's got is more expense to the deficit fighting a war that has no winners and a refugee crisis he has to take some responsibility for.

One thing I don't understand about NDP policy is they are going to increase taxes on corporations as well as increase their energy costs with carbon taxes. Then they tell us that there will be more jobs. I am not sure who is dumber the NDP or Canadians for believing them. Government cannot create jobs only job friendly policies of which the NDP have none!

People want change. I am not sure if the rest is relevant yet.

Will be when they find out others policies won't work either.

History shows in Canada or the USA a political correction happens every 8 years or so.A very important thing to keep political parties from being too corrupt and powerful.

                      From his interview with Mansbridge.

                      PM: SMALL BUSINESS TAX RATES?

JT: I think small businesses should be paying less taxes, we just have to make sure that it's done the right way. Um...

PM: SO THERE COULD BE A CUT FOR SMALL BUSINESS?

JT: We have, we'll probably have things to say about it, but we have to know that a large percentage of small businesses are actually just ways for wealthier Canadians to save on their taxes, and we want to reward the people who are actually creating jobs, and contributing in concrete ways. So there's a little tweaking to do around that.

Read this interview. Hes just not ready. Ever!
