Dark clouds west of here yesterday, wow that much in them! Crops maturing well ahead of previous years so far, unless a rainy Aug! Barley within two weeks. Early canola S of Wadena in 10 days.

Rain yesterday? Wow, unbelievable. Regina, hot and dry. We didn't see a cloud in the sky.

Central Alberta crops turning fast except for Canola which is turning blooming yellow in many fields.
              Will be an interesting fall!

Unless this forecast is from Drew, weekend forecasts cannot be trusted let alone a holiday long weekend. I won't worry about it until the forecasters get back to work and adjust the computer models.

Wheatking. That seems so true, does anyone work at Environment Canada on week ends? Maybe no one is around from Friday to Monday. You know
how these civil self-servants like to extend long weekends into 4 days. Hell, there could be no one there for fives days if they stack days. Thursday just taken off on top of a Friday E-D-O on top of the week end on top of a stat holiday.....

I went to the local Environment Canada Weather office once and saw an invoive from World Weather Inc on the desk.

JUST KIDDING OF COURSE. But they did have a dart board and spinning wheel like Wheel Of Fortune.
