SF3. I never knew your farm was north west of Melville. I always thought you were more Blacarres, or Abernethy or something?

Pretty darn accurate for our farm. Peas are real close to combining the the wind and rain never pasted them to the ground but they are leaning. Can't wait to get them done, and not because I'm looking forward to starting but looking forward to finishing!!! Yeild probably half of what they should be.

SF3: How tough do you start combining the peas?

Seed will be taken 5 days after reglone and put in air bins. Rest is round up and hauled direct off farm to terminal so dry or real close. What isn't contracted is bagged and probably dry at that time.

I regloned last Saturday and Sunday, then two rainy days, only two drying days since. Checked them today, still some pretty plump ones. I think they need a couple of days yet. I'll watch them.

My peas after hail came back and grew 6 inches high then quit. The 2 inches of rain and 111 km wind.Do not need to explain no more.Hail wad 100% but only gave me 50 because too early.

Newguy, how was the hail adjuster on your peas?
Peas that I've seen after hail get full of disease.
