Some how I don't think the oil suppliers are getting their share of retail price of gas.
Or are they? Who knows what the refineries are really paying for oil?
Sounds just a little like grain to me. Producer gets shafted compared to retail. Can anyone tell us what grain companies are getting for our grain? Really?

just ask yourself this ? why isnt federated co-op keeping gas prices down ? instead of leading the way to higher prices ? some co-op ??? they are a processor in sask . nobody wants to hear it but we need another petro can and a govt with balls enough to stand up to US oil co's operating in Canada

Yup is there anything that can be done about co-op gouging? Other then boycotting? Should we all call federated? Would that help?

problrm is that they have lent most co -ops money and now run them with federated managers. need to start a real co-op again as they are just another big company worried about making big money and paying huge salaries but only on the federsted side

Just drove around town. Shell is the most expensive gas price. They have their own oil weells, refinery and retail. Think they are feeling lower oil price?

Big oil wins no matter what the prices are.

Big oil needs a watchdog with TEETH just like RR's. Sure as hell massive gouging at $67 CAD/ barrel. About $0.30/ litre, 1.36/ gal, gouge.

No refiner is paying 67 bucks a barrel.

Both refineries are heavy oil upgrades so the price they pay is probably half.
