ln need of a truck- now

It's a sad day here, Victor our 85 mack r 600 decides it's time to retire. He gave us a good go but time to move on.
Anyone know where there is a good-excellent tandem day cab truck that is ready to go work?
Not prepared or have the time to run all over the country looking at trucks that are claimed to be in the condition we want.
