What do we actually sign up for when we buy the seed. There was a LTA(Liberty Trait Agreement) as well.

How the hell do they "police" guys who farm a pile of land and their land base changes regularly because of rental agreements being made and some lost? Honor system? Or did you basically agree to a full audit(Crop insurance records or what ever else they can get their hands on to verify records)?

Will be interesting to see if Monsanto /Delalb follow suit . I am sure that they want to know where all the free seed went .... In the ground or in the shed - they may not care , but could be interesting

When I got audited by Monsanto a few years ago I circled the fields on the RM map, drew how to get there and told him not to call when he got stuck.

No audit here. Bayer's summer student is visiting customers making sure they get all their Decis refunds and reseeding benefits. They are trying to speed up administration to get initial payment cheques out quickly.
