              Hoe you're right about mid-month rain. Lentils will hang on. Tillered wheat will also. Canola, probably not so good, but I would protect what's there because all those contracts and forward sales will have to be filled.

                  Here,s Cargills UK's take on your frosted canola

                  However, the biggest bull that drove the markets was reports from Canada that a strong frost last weekend had killed emerging canola plants, resulting in 1 million acres of canola needing replanting. This news pushed Canadian canola to a 14 month high and European ****seed followed in tow. The canola currently being replanted should emerge very quickly and as long as there is not a hot flowering period at the end of June / beginning of July, impact on overall yields from this region should be minimal.

                  So you have no need to worry minimal yield impact.

                          Barley, if it was planted early has issues.

                          Later looks better for now.

                          Hopper has one hell of a Pasteur crop coming... wowsers.
