it's so dry, even the jackrabbits are carrying canteens.

southwest sask is on the bubble. if it don't rain soon, there's going to be a wreck. already too late for a lot of the hay. cattle starting to come to market, earlier than expected. might have to get friendly with crop insurance again.

just out checking our durum. pitiful. i'm thinking i'm going to hold onto the rest in the bin if it doesn't rain soon. surely the market is going to figure out that the durum zone is cookin'.
