    That cold air dropped out of the eastern prairies south a long ways this morning

      Ah don't worry it has two lives left but were getting close to kill the sucker this year. Lots of posts with pictures of short 6 inch to foot wheat headed. Rain would fill but damage is done on some of those that got rain. But frost at flowering takes wheat down to two lives left.
