    trading accounts

For those of you who have an active trading account either for hedging or speculating you mind sharing who your dealing with and how would you rate them?
It's been a long time since I've played the market, btw with limited success. When I did I had an account with Union Securities but the couple of people I was dealing with have moved on. Not looking for private info, just info for brokerage firm for farm use.

      Tipsy,

We use 'Kevin' at RBC Dominion Securities Inc... who are licensed across Canada.

You can reach them at: 1-780-493-7707.

This is an Edmonton number but they will mobile work with anyone anywhere in Canada.

They have provided me with good information each trading morning.
      Happy Hunting!

I was at Scotia McLeod Toronto switched to RJO out of Winnipeg. Both are fine, Jamie Wilton and Grant Hinrichson are who I deal with. RJO has better market info imo. I looked into CMC but they owe somebody money in New York. Stick with one of the banks or RJO. Anyone you use in Canada should be covered by the federal program which guarantees your funds don't get used to trade with by the house. Can't remember the acronym. There really aren't alot of options but haven't had or heard many bad experiences other then MF recently.
