    See news reports that U.S. President Obama is seeking trade authority to facilitate Trans Pacific pact.
    Democrats coming under union pressure to resist and support may come from Republicans.
    Never thought we would see Harper and Obama on same page but stranger things have happened.

      Other than 'Keystone' most negotiations have been very civil and respectful.

      Canada leads the way in many respects... trade and UN/Nato. The US needs to catch up frm gridlock.

          Agree Tom, remember a few years back, Larry Weber warning about US going ahead with bilateral agreements.
          Given the Prairie region reliance on trade, support for federal initiative should be a no brainer for us.
