    here we go...

    Went for a walk this morning and the winter wheat looks like it survived okay. Starting to green up nicely after the warm windy days this week.Going to have to watch for winter annuals, hopefully the express last fall will do it's job.

      Good for you getting it in last fall, I grew WW for years but lately I just can"t find the time, of the fields to seed it into with all the late crops we've had the last number of years.

              Yes it is Buteo.It's on some land that Crop Ins. wrote off the red lentils last year and had to get some coverage or it would have an erosion problem bad..
