          Very poorly trained police officers to get in a rasslin match with a bunch of overweight drunks. My older brother did a hitch in the RCMP 50 years ago and he knew lots of maneuvers to handle people that didn't want to cooperate. Of course he got those good northern postings in Alberta.
          Lots of unarmed people getting shot down south.

              Almost every shooting comes down to resisting arrest from the start. Every police video I have seen where there was a shooting involved it was avoidable if "victims" did not resist arrest in the first place.
