Nice clean city. Some very nice shacks in Paradise Canyon. Taxes are 1% of 100k so a 600k house is nearly $600/month in taxes. Buggers

The wind can have high ammonia concentrations depending on direction. The smell of money I mean.
But ya what a climate compared to 90% snow cover and high of ZERO today!

35 minutes east of Calgary - 19 this afternoon. No snow, not much standing water and what there is will be gone as soon as the frost comes out.
Allfarmer, I think your a little off on the property taxes. I would wager that is per year, not month. And you won't even find a mobile home with a one hundred thousand dollar assessment.
An old joke about Lethbridge is that on the odd occasion the wind stops, everyone falls flat on the ground.

That's all land is selling for 2210 an acre. Leithbridge is cheap.

Irrigated is selling for 10 grand an acre in Lethbridge county. Potatoes beans and sugar beets... 2 grand an acre is 2 years gross for those boys
