    I heard on the radio that they were taking applications for the 2015 cash advance, right on!!
    I phoned to get an application rolling but was told that because of Bill C-18 they are NOT ready to take applications just yet because they haven't been trained on the new system .
    Hahaha !! What a joke !
    Tell me again what are the benefits?

              The CEO for CCGA guaranteed the cash advance changes will take effect this crop year.
              (I would assume closer to seeding everything will be in place.)

              I do like the change that an application will be required every 5 years instead of every year.
              It sounds like more flexibility for repayment options too.
