    Another oil car train derailment.

How many times does this have to happen?

Even if it was grain it poses no health or safety risks.

Grain doesn't slush around on a train. Oil does.

Interesting factoid. Oil doesn't slush around in a pipeline. Oil pipeline surveillance must be getting better to make them safer.

The government on behalf of the railway will say there is no problem.

Even though it's just 37 kms from another derailment not too long ago.

Amazing what they can do. A guy told me that worked on a pipeline. 1000 psi of oil moving inside. Drilled hole in pipe and attached a connecting pipe without cutting off flow.

It's called hot tapping I think.

I have seen it done on a small water line years ago. Quite interesting.
