    farmers in this area reported yields well above regular varieties. anybody grow either variety this past year? ( protein quite a bit lower )

      Premium wih Warbiton is .27 a bushel. Need way more fert and has to be cert seed, downgraded low protein.
      So big yield.

            So if the path we take is to adapt American varieties of questionable qualities what's the point in R&D here??

              in this area everyone was between 90-100, no facts to support that, these are coffee shop bushels. maybe it is maybe it isn't, take it for what it's worth. i didn't grow any prosper or faller.

                    Why would you have to pay through the nose to grow an american variety? Buy it at your local seed plant then clean your own seed next year. .27 cent warburton premium isn't enough to bother with certified seed.
