I saw in the last weekly report more shipping was going south to the USA.
The railway is having a hard time sending loaded grain trains south and west at the same time.
They must have had some fertilizer to haul north... Sorry! I forgot! -

As the railways are operating at 110 percent of capacity... how can anyone take them to court for not providing service!
Just like 'cost' was as defined by the railways in my proceedings... not the normal meaning of the word as a common person would think... but as experts and legal council define:
In Alberta at least... the CNCP Alliance claim they spent almost $2M... to stop our class action... from even reaching a court. We had the CNCP Alliance loss fresh proof that they got cut back $78m/yr because they actually were charging above actual cost on our hopper cars!
Then the CNCP Alliance got Court Costs of $423,000 for their aggressive stand. If we can't work together as a group... there is not enough lost by any individual to try by taking on the CN/CP Alliance themselves!Comment
