Renters young farmers will have risks. As far as land is concerned as a land lord I would like to see it clean of weeds. And a good crop on it compared to neighbours. Evidence is there so why use a realestate agent.

All we farmers have to do is only pay the investors a small amount for rent. The investors are looking for a sizeable return on their investment. Don't pay what they want. But you know farmers....they will fight over the land and pay what they want or more.
