    water infiltration

Interesting movie on water infiltration and how management affects it. Gets interesting around 8 minutes.

Playback kept breaking and same happened with the video when replayed.

Never did get the whole shebang.

Kinda doing the same thing zero till, continuous cropping with a diverse crop rotation is doing for our farm. Maybe not as perfect as this model but we have definitley seen some of the benefits this guy talks about. Grass would use more water than annual cropping in my opinion.

It's a shame the video is hosted on Vimeo HD. It's target audience isn't noted to have high bandwidth internet connections you need to watch something from there.

Start, stop. Start, stop. Start,stop... painful to watch on farmer a connection.

What I do with things like that is start it playing then hit the pause button then look at something else while it keeps loading. A few minutes later it's ready to watch straight through. More efficient use of time and less frustrating.

Click on the HD on bottom right to turn it off. That may help you.
