My bmo shares just dropped below my purchase price. On the same day they anounced a half percent rate drop. Ok ahhhhh anyone deal with bmo? Is the rate drop for real? Floating . Long term?

If you are referring to mortgage rates I believe the news mentioned a drop of .15%.
Hopperbin I am still planning to buy either National or CIBC....just haven't pulled the trigger yet. -

This is a .5 rate drop accordi g to bmo. I would will believe it is a .15 drop makes sense. Thank christ my bmo will rise tomorrow on proper reporting haha. I stand by banks are good. My opinion.

And yet the rates BMO and all others pay has dropped substantially more......they supposedly pay .75%, down 1/4 % in latest go round. Are we not lucky that they lower interest rates by .15% for us......Comment
