Watched a program on fifth estate ( I think ) and many community colleges have very poor education programs.
No oversite or regulation almost anyone could hang out a Shngle and declare yourself a Community college,and start rakin in the tuition

Anything that supports American education at this point in my view is a good thing.

Ethiopia is on economic steroids. Had a chat with a professor ethiopian in calgary. He is sponsoring back county kids well educated come here do some sort of study work. All paid by us canadian tax payers. I never would have thought. When obama says spend at least half attendance in colledge. What does that say?

He is helping kids come here. Getting paid by our govt. Did not ask if it was a proffit deal but I think it was.
