I asked for a price... and said I'd pay for it now and put it on agricard again (did it last yr too).

Agricard is 0 interest, 0 fees to you, just it shows up on a seperate page till November, then you can either pay it off all at once, or they split it into 36 equal payments and you pay it off monthly.

Interest is higher than a regular CC (11.9%) but if you pay it off in Nov you pay none.

Its a funny industry the seed business. Its about printing money.
BTO is correct half the shit they sell will never make it to a plant it dies.
Basically were paying about 20 dollars a acre to much for the shit that's out their today. They destroy and decommission good varieties because they can and were stuck with the same shit that really hasn't changed since the chem and seed companies took over.
But I know no one else believes this will happen with wheat oats and barley. Tongue in cheek.

No doubt seed is too expensive. I have been reading many articles about using lower seeding rates with a corn planter. Seedmaster promotes their ultra pro canola meter for the same purpose. If we could seed 21/2 pounds instead of 5 this would be a substantial savings to the farmer and would serve the seed companies right. Would it pay to have a drill just for canola?

Once we were all on board and had planters they would come up with a variety that is so supper it scares even them. Then jack the price to 24 a lb. and say see it does out yield varieties from the past that are long long gone.
Pat them selves on the back and send us a pen and a hat.

Holy Crap not sure where you guys are buying your canola seed, but as a retailer you guys are getting screwed, its great to make some money, but not at the expense of producers pulling canola out of rotation to cut costs.
